The financial status of the Hammock Dunes Club is an additional

facilities and amenities. The club is in the unique and enviable
position of being financially sound now and into the foreseeable future.
Due to the way the club was originally structured by the developer it
was turned over to the members not only in great condition, but with
cash in the bank and no debt. The club renovations have just been
completed and as of 12/31/06 the club has $1.5 million in designated
cash for capital reserves. Additionally, each time a membership
changes ownership, another cash contribution is made to the capital
reserve account. With brand new facilities and monies in the bank,
the Club is poised in a strong capital position for many years to come.
