hammock forests, lakes and marshes. Tom Fazio works with the land itself and the environment at Hammock Dunes
offered him a great palette. In some areas the course has the open feel of a Scottish links, in others the rolling hills of
the heartland, some holes boast the lush verdure of the Carolinas, others the tropical flavor of Florida and this 18 hole,
par 72, 6,766 yards course has the inspiring beauty of the dunes and the Atlantic Ocean.
The second golf course, the masterful Rees Jones-designed Creek Course, offers a golfer a day of pristine natural
beauty while playing. This “all-green” 18-hole, 7,355-yard par 72 golf course has 690 acres of mature oaks, palms,
pines, and waterways, stimulating challenges, wooded fairways, demanding marsh holes, and spectacular creek views -
all which provide an ideal backdrop to display Rees’ well-honed skills. This exceptional all green course was picked by
the USGA® to hold qualifiers for the US Open in this region of Florida.
Enjoy two clubhouses! The 34,000-square-foot oceanfront Clubhouse offers magnificent views of the Atlantic
Ocean, both fine and casual dining, as well as the popular Clubhouse 19th Hole Lounge. The second clubhouse, the Low
Country-style Creek Clubhouse, has wide porches and views of the 9th and 18th greens, the 10th tee, and cloistered by
towering pines.

now and into the foreseeable future. Due to the way the Club was originally structured by the developer, it was turned
over to the members not only in great condition including a fully renovated and expanded Clubhouse, but also with
cash in the bank and completely debt-free. The Club has $1.5 million in designated cash for capital reserves.
Additionally, each time a membership changes ownership, another cash contribution is made to the capital reserve
